Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made directly from TIKAVERO through https://tikavero.com.
1. Order Cancellation Window
Please submit change or cancellation requests within 8 hours after purchase.
To request a cancellation, email [email protected] and include:
- Your full name;
- Your order number; and
- The email address used to place your order.
For order changes, please also describe the requested changes clearly.
Submitting a request does not automatically confirm that your order has been changed or canceled. We will review its status and confirm the outcome by email.
2. Personalized and Custom-Made Orders
Personalized, custom-made, and made-to-order products may be changed or canceled only if production has not started.
Once production begins, these orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded because of a change of mind, as materials and production resources have already been committed specifically to your order.
This does not affect assistance available for damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced products under our Return Policy and Refund, Replacement, and Cancellation Policy.
3. Requests After the 8-Hour Window
Requests received more than 8 hours after purchase are not guaranteed and may be approved only if production has not started.
Most orders are processed and produced within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday, after payment, all required personalization information, and any required design proof approval have been received.
This processing estimate does not extend the cancellation window or guarantee that production has not already started.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. public holidays.
4. Approved Cancellations
An order is successfully canceled only after TIKAVERO sends written confirmation.
If your cancellation is approved, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
We do not charge a cancellation fee for approved cancellations.
